Unfinished retail space in prime Ivy Station Culver City development

This space is an unfinished open concept restaurant space located in the brand new Ivy Station development in prime Culver City. The space is large and filled with light, available as an empty shell for a unique retail popup, private event, art gallery, or other activation. Basic lighting and power are available as well as access to bathrooms (close but not inside space) and access to a water bib.

The space is also adjacent to Ivy Station's large open public plaza and lawn which are also available to rent for private events.

Located across from The Platform shopping center, surrounded by lush gardens and access to the Culver City Metro station, Ivy Station is a new mixed-use project with the signature boutique Shay Hotel, Etta Restaurant, Celestina Rooftop Bar, luxury apartments, and the Warner Media/HBO HQ offices. A number of retail spaces will be opening in Spring 2022 with plenty of foot traffic. The public gardens, plaza and lawn are currently host to myriad public activities and events drawing in families and others for fitness, music, and market events.
